Our Response
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notification, we may:
Remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content
Notify the user who posted the content
Take further actions, including potential suspension or termination of the user’s account (in cases of repeated infringement)
We reserve the right to restore removed content at our discretion if a valid counter-notification is received (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)).
Counter-Notification (for Users)
If content you uploaded was removed due to a DMCA takedown and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the legal right to use the content, you have the option to submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
Your name, address, and contact information
Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was wrongly removed or disabled
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and that you will accept service of process from the original filer of the DMCA claim
Your physical or electronic signature
